PSP Analyst - Junior

Overview:

SOFTSWISS is hiring a PSP Analyst to join our PSP team. We are seeking a motivated specialist who will be involved in the technical analysis and reporting of payment transaction processing and system performance. You will work on gaining valuable insights from payment data, supporting the team's strategic decisions.

Purpose of the Role:

As part of the PSP analytics team, you will be involved in the technical analysis and reporting of payment transaction processing and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse the performance of payment methods.

• Monitor payment transaction rates across different regions and identify trends.

• Evaluate regional payment coverage and performance.

• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of payment methods.

Required Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in an analytical role.

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of the IT industry and key operational processes.

• Motivation to continuously learn and stay updated with industry best practices.

• Russian language proficiency at C1 level or higher.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Payment Service Providers (PSPs).

• Experience in analysis within the Gambling/iGaming industry.

• Basic understanding of Devcode or other gateways, and general platform functionality.
