Tech Lead (EU-based)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely witharchitecture, business,andengineering leadershipto ensure alignment and technical excellence across projects withinthe FormsDomain.

• Provide technical mentorship and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

• Proactivelyidentifytechnical challenges and provide innovative solutions to address them, driving overall project success and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegreeinComputerScience,Engineering,orarelatedfield;advanced degree preferred.

• Extensiveexperienceinsoftwaredevelopmentandengineeringleadershiproles.

• Excellentcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoarticulatecomplextechnicalconcepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Abilitytothriveinadynamicandfast-pacedenvironment,adaptingquicklytoevolving priorities and challenges.

• Sufficiently strong to complement the efforts of teams based in India. Collaboration and effective teamwork are crucial aspects of this role.

TechnicalRequirements:

• TechLead/ TeamLeadexperience

• Proficiencyin.NETCore.

• ProficiencyintheAzureCloud(or AWS, GCP)

• EventHubsandServiceBus(or any messaging tool).

• ContainerApps,FunctionApps,AppServices

• StorageAccounts,CDN,etc.

• Subscriptions,ResourceGroups,

• AppInsights,LogAnalyticsoRBAC,ManagedIdentities,SPNs,AppRegistrations

• StrongbackgroundinMicroservicesarchitecture.

• FamiliaritywithGitHubActions(or similar).

• ExposuretoReactorAngularispreferred.

• Expertisein cloud automation, particularly in infrastructure automation. Experience withIaCwith Bicepor anyIaCtool.

• Hands-onexperiencewithDocker.

• DatabaseskillswithAzureSQL,MongoDB,SQL,andCosmosDB.

• FamiliaritywithwidelyusedAzureresources,includingASB/EventHub,AKS/ACA (desirable), Storage Account.

• Resourceful:AbilitytodelveintoIAC,DX,UI,andarchitectureasrequired.
