Requirements

• University degree
• Experience in patient engagement, community engagement, advocacy or related roles within pharma, healthcare or non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
• Experience working with patient organizations is highly desirable
• Understanding of health system and healthcare decision making, including regulatory, safety, legal and compliance environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build trust‐based relationships with patient organizations
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work in cross‐functional and multicultural environments
• Understanding of compliance requirements related to external engagement
