Requirements
- University degree
- Experience in patient engagement, community engagement, advocacy or related roles within pharma, healthcare or non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
- Experience working with patient organizations is highly desirable
- Understanding of health system and healthcare decision making, including regulatory, safety, legal and compliance environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust‐based relationships with patient organizations
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work in cross‐functional and multicultural environments
- Understanding of compliance requirements related to external engagement
