Contracts and Systems Manager CEERJ

Sobi is seeking a Contracts and Systems Manager CEERJ to provide support to the teams in the CEERJ region in relation to preparing, reviewing, managing and overseeing contracts and contractual processes. The role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, data privacy, and contracting principles, as well as excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage routine contracts with third-party vendors
• Ensure all contracts comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and internal policies
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Finance teams
• Maintain a centralized contract management system
• Monitor contract performance and obligations
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks
• Support audits and inspections
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders
• Manage and develop systems used for contractual processes
