Salary: $1000 - $1500 USD/month, based on experience and skill level.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven, creative, and ambitious Video Editor to join our growing team at Launch With Us. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and build our creative service offering from the ground up.
You’ll be responsible for producing high-performing, engaging ad creative for some of the UK’s most exciting emerging D2C brands - crafting short-form content that captures attention, tells stories, and converts across Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
We’re after someone who’s passionate about digital storytelling, obsessed with the details, and eager to grow alongside an agency that’s building fast. You’ll work closely with our strategy and growth teams to bring ideas to life - testing, learning, and pushing creative boundaries to deliver results.

Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of proven experience in video editing and production, preferably within e-commerce.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; ability to use other video editing tools is a plus.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta ads, and short-form video best practices.
- Proficient in applying motion graphics, transitions, captions, and color grading.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
Main Responsibilities:
- Edit high-quality videos that align with each brand’s style and tone of voice.
- Specialize in social media ads (UGC, motion graphics, high-production content).
- Optimize content for TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms to maximize engagement.
- Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to implement client feedback effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with video content trends and conversion-driven editing techniques.
