We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to bridge the gap between marketing, sales, and customer success and drive our growth strategy through measurable processes and data-driven insights.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a revenue operations, marketing operations, or similar role at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of success in optimizing lead generation campaigns and budget allocation across digital channels
- Strong analytical thinking skills and in-depth experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar)
- Expertise in HubSpot or comparable systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot) and experience with system setup and optimization
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
