Canada onlySmile Digital Health is seeking a Senior Domain Architect to design, develop, and oversee the development of complex technology solutions for their Health Data Platform. The role will involve creating architectural designs, leading technical teams, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to drive business strategy and objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in the technology industry with extensive background in solution or enterprise architecture roles
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and/or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of successfully designing and delivering large-scale, complex software solutions
- Experience with electronic information exchange, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated in-depth expertise in technical and architecture best practices, methodologies, programming tools and development platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and cultivate strong partnerships with clients, technical teams and internal business partners
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable language for non-technical audiences
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details
- Formal IT architecture certifications (e.g. TOGAF) are beneficial but not required
