About the Human Resources Officer/Talent Acquisition position
We’re looking for a dynamic, people-centered Human Resources Officer with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.

Core Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Coordinate job postings, screen applications, and schedule interviews with warmth and professionalism
- Communicate with candidates in a timely, respectful, and engaging manner
- Support hiring managers with interview logistics and evaluation materials
- Facilitate onboarding experiences that are welcoming, informative, and culturally aligned
- Prepare welcome kits, orientation schedules, and introductions that make new hires feel truly seen
2. Teammate Engagement & Culture Building
- Assist in planning recognition programs, team-building activities, and cultural celebrations
- Help track birthdays, milestones, and anniversaries—ensuring no one feels overlooked
- Support internal communications that uplift and inform (e.g., newsletters, shout-outs, event teasers)
- Collaborate on initiatives that promote inclusivity, wellness, and belonging
3. HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate teammate records and databases
- Assist with timekeeping, leave tracking, and benefits coordination
- Ensure HR policies are communicated clearly and updated regularly
- Support audits and compliance checks with diligence and discretion
4. Performance & Development Support
- Help coordinate feedback cycles, evaluations, and growth conversations
- Track training participation and support learning initiatives
- Assist in organizing workshops, coaching sessions, or leadership development programs
5. Teammate Relations & Support
- Be a friendly, confidential point of contact for teammate concerns or questions
- Help mediate minor conflicts or misunderstandings with empathy and fairness
- Support exit interviews and offboarding with grace and gratitude
Human Resources/Talent Acquisition requirements are:
Education & Experience
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or teammate engagement is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a caring, professional tone
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy
- Proficiency in HR systems, applicant tracking tools, and Microsoft Office
- Creative mindset for crafting engaging messages, event invites, and recognition posts
