Assist in a variety of clerical matters related to EPA reporting and regulations; interact with and instruct (petroleum) laboratory and operational personnel and provide reports and guidance to EPA clients.

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Entry level position to join our billing team.
• Should be good with numbers.
• Would be responsible for taking the data from the job file and the provided billing instructions and translating that into billable items basis each client’s specific contract.

Good math skills, attention to detail and ability to learn our business process (what we do) are essential

Must demonstrate clear/legible handwriting, be very organized and detail-oriented.
