What You’ll Be Doing:
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial foodservice equipment—including refrigeration, cooking, beverage, and dish machines
Use mechanical skills and read diagrams and schematics to solve complex problems
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum one (1) year of technical experience with refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or military service
Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
Willingness to participate in an emergency on-call rotation (nights and weekends)
Availability for occasional overnight travel

Physical Requirements:
Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs
Comfortable working around mechanical parts, steam equipment, heated surfaces, and electrical components
Able to work on ladders, roofs, and occasionally in high or precarious places
Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant technical training, licenses, and/or certifications (EPA, CFESA)
Experience with commercial refrigeration and/or cooking equipment repair
Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks while working independently
