Requirements
- Prior experience in ABA, behavioral health, or autism services
- Strong understanding of ABA terminology and workflows
- Experience using Rethink or similar ABA software platforms
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate calmly and clearly with both parents and clinicians
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain software in simple terms
- Highly organized with strong documentation and follow-up skills
