UGC & Ambassador Relationships Manager

As a UGC & Ambassador Relationships Manager, you will help grow Luminar's global creator ecosystem by building and scaling a creator- and community-driven growth engine, increasing brand awareness, trust, and Word of Mouth across social platforms and local markets.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience building or supporting ambassador programs, creator communities, or advocacy initiatives
• Hands-on experience working with influencers, creators, photographers, educators, or online communities
• Understanding of influencer marketing workflows
• Strong English communication skills
