Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service in the international B2B, ideally in the international SaaS field for B2B services in the DACH region.
- Resident in Germany.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
- French is an asset.
- Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and find effective solutions to problems.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to remain professional and friendly, even in challenging situations, to ensure customer satisfaction.
