We're looking for an Account Executive to sell corporate compliance and governance solutions directly to senior decision-makers. The ideal candidate has experience selling entity management, governance, registered agent services, legal filings, or corporate compliance workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in corporate compliance, entity management, governance, registered agent, or legal information services
- Strong understanding of corporate compliance workflows, annual reports, entity maintenance, Secretary of State filings, governance requirements, or related operational processes
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota in a closing role
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and independently building pipeline
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles with CFOs, General Counsel, Corporate Secretaries, Compliance Officers, and Operations leaders
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and effective in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong discovery, demo, and consultative selling skills
