United States onlySAP Solutions Architect - Partner Ecosystem and Services Lead - Remote with up to 50% Travel
KeyResponsibilities:- Developand maintain a strong understanding of the SAP software ecosystem, includingSAP S/4HANA, Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP AI
- Buildand grow relationships with partners that provide tooling and services for SAPS/4HANA implementations, such as smartShift, IBIS, EPI-USE labs, SNP, Syniti,and others
- Understandthe tools and services offered by SAP and each partner and know when to usethem to deliver successful SAP S/4HANA assessments and implementations
- Collaboratewith partners to develop and deliver joint solutions and services that meet theneeds of our clients
- Workwith our sales team to identify and qualify leads, providing technicalexpertise throughout the sales cycle
- Developand deliver solution proposals that incorporate the appropriate tools andservices from our partners
- Provideadvisory services to clients on the use of SAP S/4HANA and related tools andservices
- Utilizeknowledge of partner tooling and services to help run end-to-end assessmentsfor moving to S/4HANA, including:
oConductingworkshops and discovery sessions to understand client requirements and painpoints
oAnalyzingclient data and systems to identify potential roadblocks and areas forimprovement
oDevelopingand presenting recommendations for S/4HANA implementation, including the use ofpartner tooling and services
oCollaboratingwith clients to develop a tailored roadmap for S/4HANA adoption
- Stayup-to-date on the latest advancements in SAP technologies and services, sharingknowledge and best practices with the team
- Contributeto the development of internal training materials and knowledge bases relatedto SAP solutions and services
- Workclosely with delivery teams to ensure the successful implementation of SAPsolutions and services
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
· 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a deep understanding of the SAP software ecosystem, including SAP S/4HANA, Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Business AI
· 5+ years of experience working with partners that provide tooling and services for SAP S/4HANA implementations, such as smartShift, IBIS, EPI-USE labs, SNP, Syniti, and others
· Proven ability to build and grow relationships with partners and clients
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
· Strong client-facing skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust
· Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role is highly desirable
· SAP certifications related to S/4HANA Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, Signavio, LeanIX, BTP, and SAP Business AI are highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their SAP offerings
· Knowledge of specific industry use cases for SAP solutions and services (e.g., finance, manufacturing, retail)
· Experience working with SAP partners and developing strategic partnerships
· Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment
Work Environment:
