JobOverview: The SAP S/4 HANA PP-PI Leader is responsible for overseeing thedesign, implementation, and support of SAP Production Planning and Execution-Process Order Management in Process Industries (PP-PI) module. This rolerequires a strong understanding of business processes in Production Planning,Detailed Scheduling, MRP, Production Execution. The SAP PP-PI Leader willcollaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure system integrity, and provideguidance for continuous improvement of SAP solutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, andimplementation of SAP PP -PI modules, ensuring alignment with businessrequirements.
• Manage full lifecycle SAP PPimplementations, from blueprinting to post-go-live support.
• Provide expertise on integrationpoints with other SAP modules, including PM, QM, MM, FI, and CO.
• Collaborate with stakeholders togather requirements, identify system gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
• Ensure SAP PP-PI system stabilityand optimal performance through system monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with development teamsfor any required enhancements or customizations.
• Train and mentor team members onSAP PP-PI processes and best practices.
• Maintain project documentation,including specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Engage with business users toidentify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP PP-PIfeatures, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• US Person on US soil - USCitizenship or Green Card holder only.
• Bachelor’s degree in informationtechnology, Business, or a related field,

·Process Industry experience.

• 8-10+ years of experience in SAP PP-PIconfiguration and implementation
• Proven experience leading multiplefull-cycle SAP PP-PI implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PP-PIprocesses (Production planning, MRP, Production execution).
• Strong understanding of integrationwith SAP PM, QM, MM, FICO, and other modules.
• Excellent problem-solving andcommunication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasksand priorities in a demanding environment.
• SAP S/4 HANA Manufacturing certificationis a plus.

PreferredQualifications:

·Experience in S/4HANA PP-PI.

• Experience in S/4 Rise with SAPGreenfield Implementation

·Prior team management experience

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAPcloud solutions.
• Strong analytical and projectmanagement skills.

WorkEnvironment

• It is expected, at this time, youmay be required as part of the job function to travel up to 50%.
