Prospera AI - AI Backend Engineer

We're building a team to scale our AI platform Sophie, a multi-agent orchestrator for wealth management advisors. We're looking for an AI/Backend Engineer to own and evolve our LLM orchestration pipeline.

Requirements

• 4+ years production Python experience
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and multi-step LLM workflows
• Production API development experience
• Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills
