Fuse Finance - Sr. Product Engineer

We're looking for exceptional Product Engineers to help build the operating system for modern lending, working across our entire stack to ship features that empower the next generation of credit unions, lenders, and the people they serve.

Requirements

• 5+ years building and owning end-to-end products in product-driven environments
• Product judgment, making calls on what to build (and what not to)
• Design sensibility, caring about how things look and feel
• Outcome ownership, owning results, not just shipping isolated features or closed tickets
• Bias to ship, prototyping, launching, measuring, and adjusting
• Technical depth, fluent in modern frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, NestJS), with deep PostgreSQL, schema design, query performance, complex business logic
• AI-native by default, using AI as part of core development workflow
