Sigmaways is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team by identifying and qualifying potential clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, initiating conversations, and contributing to business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential prospects through outbound and inbound channels
- Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social platforms
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of activities and interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality
- Follow up with prospects and nurture early-stage relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent sales experience
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using CRM tools and sales productivity software
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
