PHP Technical Lead

The company is seeking a PHP Technical Lead to join a federal project in Germany focused on assessing and reducing the ecological footprint of municipalities and businesses through climate- and resource-saving solutions. The role involves developing a web application, collaborating with the team, and contributing to technical decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven experience in PHP development
• Strong track record of building scalable solutions
• Solid hands-on experience with modern PHP frameworks
• Deep expertise with MySQL and database design best practices
• Confident use of Git and GitFlow for efficient collaboration
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and experience implementing them in practice
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP
• Fluent in German with the ability to lead discussions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• At least an Intermediate level of English
