Sift is seeking a Strategic Rev Ops Lead to drive the connection between the GTM tech stack and business outcomes. The role will work closely with various functions to drive top line revenue, predictability, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce as a platform
  • Understanding of how to work with finance for quarterly close, revenue reporting
  • Experience working with sales leadership to implement new initiatives across the GTM org
  • Proficiency with designing data flows, reporting structures, and connecting operational data to business decisions
