Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a talented Technical Project Manager with a strong background in product development to join our team. In this role, you will manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of product-focused projects, ensuring they are executed and delivered with the highest quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders, to turn concepts into functional products that meet client goals.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Define project scope, gather and document product requirements, and establish development objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
• Allocate resources and track project progress to ensure successful delivery
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product or Project Manager in a software development or product-focused environment
• Deep understanding of product development processes, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment
• Strong technical acumen with familiarity in software development, preferably in no/low-code environments
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• English (B2 Business): Proficient in both written and spoken communication.
• Candidates must reside in North, Central, or South America
