We are seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to contribute to our mission by acting as the commercial architect for our most established global accounts, transforming real-time visibility data into long-term strategic value. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial health and expansion of our most mature partnerships, ensuring Shippeo remains the cornerstone of their global logistics network.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Commercial Account Management or Sales, specifically managing high-six-figure renewals and expansions
- A proven track record of spotting "whitespace" within existing accounts and scaling small pilots into pan-EMEA agreements
- Deep understanding of EMEA business culture and experience navigating the procurement cycles of large conglomerates (e.g., DAX, CAC 40, FTSE 100)
- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills in English, with the ability to build financial partnerships at the executive level
