We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our distributed engineering team. You’ll take ownership of web applications across the stack, helping design and deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly solutions. Your work will play a key role in shaping our product and how we bring value to customers around the world.

What are you expected to do?

• Full Stack Development
  • Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability across the stack.

  • Write clean, testable, and scalable code.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with designers, product managers, and other engineers in a collaborative, agile environment.
  • Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and team planning sessions.
  • Help prioritize and troubleshoot issues across the development lifecycle.
• Distributed Team Engagement
  • Work effectively in a distributed team, embracing asynchronous communication and flexible work hours.
  • Contribute to a strong remote culture through documentation, transparency, and proactive communication.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You have 5+ years of professional experience in software development (intensive experience in the backend (.NET) and a good background in the front-end.
• You have a .NET core and C#.NET experience, background in other .NET Framework - highly preferred.
• Experience with SQL Server and Cosmos DB is highly preferred.
• You are proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in frameworks like React, Node.js, or similar.
• You are comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• You write clean, maintainable code and are well-versed in unit and integration testing.
• You thrive in a distributed, asynchronous work environment.

• You are an excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating across functions.

We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:

• You have experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

• You have familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• You have exposure to GraphQL or other modern API design tools.
• You have contributed to open-source projects or enjoy knowledge sharing.

• You have experience with mobile app development (bonus!).

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

• You’ll go through 3–4 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 1–2 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks, but we’ll let you know if things need to move quicker.
