United Kingdom onlySFG20 is seeking an Asset Surveyor to deliver accurate, high-quality asset intelligence to support their professional services, technical credibility, and customer value. The Asset Surveyor will play a critical role in delivering asset registers, lifecycle data, and maintenance schedules to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HNC/HND in Building Services, Building Surveying, Construction, or a related discipline.
- Membership of, or working towards membership of, CIBSE, RICS, or CIOB (preferred).
- Proven experience in building services surveying or asset-related project delivery.
- Good understanding of building services systems, construction methods, and relevant building regulations.
- Knowledge of health & safety legislation and hazard identification.
