About the Role:

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be a key participant in the design and implementation of high-quality, scalable software systems that power our tech-driven vehicle repair platform. You’ll play a key role in all aspects of projects from concept to deployment, work other engineers, and shape our technical direction. You will work across our modern stack — TypeScript, React, NestJS, GraphQL, REST, PostgreSQL, Redis, GCP — to build solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience for customers and internal teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop complex, scalable, and performant software systems.
  • Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews to ensure engineering excellence.
  • Work with fellow engineers, product managers, QA, and design
  • Play a key role in all aspects of a project from inception through delivery, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate across distributed teams using Slack, documentation, and participating in video calls.
  • Adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining focus on delivering user value.

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of software development experience, with at least 1 year working on the same project
  • Familiarity with multiple parts of our tech stack (TypeScript, React, NestJS, GraphQL, REST, PostgreSQL, Redis, GCP) and hands-on experience with at least 1
  • Proven ability to develop complex software projects and deliver impactful results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
