What you'll do:
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for software engineering positions (such as Senior Software Engineer, Staff Software Engineer, Architect) to meet hiring goals while maintaining best-in-class candidate experience
Ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated throughout the steps in the entire hiring process
Source and attract active and passive candidates from various resources, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, networking events, etc.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals while adhering to recruiting processes and procedures
Be accountable to yourself, your team, your hiring leaders, and your candidates
What you'll bring:
5+ year(s) of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency, start-up, or corporate environment
Proficiency with Google Suite (docs, sheets, calendar, etc.)
Experience using modern recruiting tools: ATS systems (we use Workday), LinkedIn, Indeed, Hiretual, etc.
Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods
A sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while juggling multiple high-priority positions
Ability to source highly technical candidates for software engineering roles
Experience working with the Polish candidate pool, knowledge of the local industry
Please note that this is a fixed-term assignment with an initial duration of 6 months.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Poland is betweenzł125,300.00 -zł187,900.00. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
