Responsibilities
A DAY IN THE LIFE
In this role, you will…
- Works closely with assigned eviction attorneys, clients and vendors to work towards a successful lock out
- Work under tight timframes with coordinating evictions and locaing a vendor that can complete.
- Determine garage sale value of personal property
- Monitor personal property postings/evictions
- Field internal, attorney, agent, client and vendor questions
- Work closely with the Conveyance Cordination Team
- Follow through on completion of orders
- Provide timely updates to the client on all evictions
- Work assigned task within system of record
- Document both client and internal systems with clear and timely notes
- Understand vendor expectations with what needs to be performed in the field during an eviction, lockout or Final Securing.
- Review client system of record to determine if we have the approval to proceed with securing
- Open task to communicate with the client when special circumstances arise
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
You possess …
- High School or College graduate
- 2-5 years experience with eviction/CFK/RAP processes
- Strong computer, verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
