IT Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Serve Robotics is looking for an IT Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM systems and processes, supporting authentication, authorization, and governance processes while ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–7+ years of experience in IAM or related security roles
• Demonstrated experience designing and administering enterprise IAM solutions, focused on Okta
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams spanning IT, Security, HR, and business units
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, including GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, Security, HR, and business teams
• Strong documentation and communication skills
