United States onlyAs an intern on our Development Team, you will be exposed to all aspects of the software development lifecycle at SendSafely. You will assist Development Team members on a variety of software projects and technical tasks within an agile software development lifecycle.
This is a remote position with occasional opportunities to meet with senior development team members in-person depending on intern location.
What you will do:
- Perform research on new emerging technologies for use in the SendSafely platform
- Assist with the development of the core SendSafely code base and related Client API SDKs
- Triage and code fixes for software issues and bugs in the development backlog
- Work with SendSafely APIs for integrating with 3rd party platforms and services
- Work with 3rd party APIs, cloud services, and libraries to automate development tasks
- Perform pre-release testing and code review of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
Requirements:
- Working towards a Computer Science degree (or related)
- Working knowledge of Mac computers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Java, Javascript or other full stack development techniques
This internship will be a 40 hour/week commitment from June through August. Start and end dates can be flexible.
