As a Technology Operations Manager, you will be the bridge between technical excellence and high-quality service, managing customer 'concierge' style delivery and ensuring the health of the Seeto Operating Model.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT Manager or Service Delivery Manager role
- Proven experience in IT service management, project management, and technical operations
- Expert knowledge of service management frameworks and technical standards
- Familiarity with industry-leading technologies such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Okta
