We’re recruiting a Curriculum Specialist to develop and deliver a consistent Seetec Standard throughout our curriculum. This standard aims to ensure that all learners receive a high-quality learning experience, regardless of their chosen subject. You’ll leverage various innovative strategies within curriculum to enhance efficiency and enrichment throughout our provision. Working closely with our delivery colleagues across Apprenticeships and Commercial to facilitate outstanding learning experience.
Our successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Apprenticeships and Commercial requirements and a teaching qualification to minimum of L4 (CET) and have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and in a team environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
You’ll need to have a willingness to travel nationwide for internal and external meetings.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £32,000 to £38,500 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:

Location: Remote
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a standard approach in the design and development of delivery models to meet the requirements of regulators, both in terms of quality and funding.
•Take curriculum content from subject specialists and apply instructional design techniques to ensure materials are of the highest quality.
•Develop digital learning materials as required by the business.
•Ensure sufficient breadth and enrichment in the curriculum to support learner personal development and wider life skills.
•Identify and map opportunities for English and maths development throughout all programmes.
•Ensure delivery models include key milestones for the start and end of learning aims, supporting timely completion.
•Create and uphold a set of standard document templates to ensure consistency in the look and feel of curriculum and course materials.
•Ensure the intent of our programmes, and sequencing of learning is clear, documented and understood by all stakeholders.

Skills and Experience
Essential
- Strong understanding of Apprenticeships and Commercial requirements.
• Strong digital skills and the ability to support colleagues to improve their skills.
• Curriculum and or instructional design related experience.
• Teaching qualification to minimum of L4 (CET).
• L2 qualifications in English and maths.
• Driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience in creating accessible learning materials to support learners with SEND.
• Learning and Development Qualification.
