We are looking for a Sales Representative to create experiences, emotions, and stories for clients in the tourism segment. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a high level of emotional intelligence, and a service mindset.

Requirements

  • Communicate with clients via online calls (Zoom) and messaging apps (WhatsApp and others)
  • Identify client needs and gently guide them toward the idea of a yacht путешествие
  • Present yacht tours as a lifestyle and a unique experience, not just a product
  • Immerse clients in the atmosphere of each destination: routes, vibe, and details that create emotion
  • Support clients from first contact to booking, creating a sense of care and confidence throughout the journey
  • Build long-term relationships and deliver a level of service clients want to return to
  • Enhance the client experience with premium services
