The Strategic Account Director will own the commercial relationship with one of Cryovac’s largest national accounts in food packaging, negotiating contracts at the $50M+ level and driving commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- Own executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior leadership at assigned national accounts.
- Build and execute multi-year strategic account plans with defined revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Lead contract negotiations at the $50M+ level, including pricing structures, long-term agreements, and bundled equipment and materials offerings.
- Develop stakeholder roadmaps across each customer organization.
- Partner with R&D, marketing, and supply chain to develop packaging solutions tied to measurable customer outcomes.
- Structure and lead cross-functional forums (e.g., case-ready summits) to align product strategy with customer needs.
- Maintain product knowledge across a diverse packaging portfolio.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and own pipeline accuracy within CRM.
- Represent the company at trade shows and lead on-site meetings with senior customer leadership.
- Coordinate with senior leadership for quarterly or semi-annual strategic customer engagements.
- Manage pricing submissions, rebate programs, and expense reporting.
- Travel and Location: 50–70% travel.
