Position Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Video Artist to join our creative team in Ukraine and help bring our mobile games to life through dynamic, eye-catching video content. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our social media campaigns, app store videos, and marketing assets—turning gameplay footage, artwork, and ideas into engaging motion stories that attract and excite millions of players around the world.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality motion graphics and video ads for social media platforms (Facebook Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
• Edit gameplay trailers, promotional clips, and user acquisition videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, as well as other creative tools.
• Create animated assets, transitions, and effects that enhance storytelling and brand recognition.
• Collaborate with the global video marketing team to work together on creating content for a variety of social media video marketing channels.
• Stay current with mobile gaming trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a consistent visual style and meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, or video editing—ideally in gaming, entertainment, or digital advertising.
• Upper-intermediate English (daily communication)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related Creative Cloud tools.
• Deep understanding of animation principles, pacing, and storytelling for short-form content.
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media video ads, trailers, or marketing animations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of emerging AI tools within digital art and video
• Ability to work with a global team across multiple time zones

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with 3D animation in Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Familiarity with mobile game marketing trends and user acquisition creative strategies.
• Knowledge of video optimization for social media platforms (aspect ratios, file formats, compression, etc.).
• Passion for gaming and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
