Our Client, a dynamic, fast-growing international e-commerce brand, is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee influencer partnerships, manage social platforms, and develop engaging content strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for trends, and knows how to connect with a U.S.-based audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing

  • Source and identify influencers aligned with our brand values and target audience.
  • Conduct outreach and establish long-term influencer partnerships.
  • Manage influencer relationships, from initial contact to ongoing collaboration.
  • Coordinate product seeding and track campaign results.

Social Media Management

  • Manage Instagram accounts, including responding to DMs, engaging with comments, and interacting with followers.
  • Engage and collaborate with TikTok influencers in the U.S. market.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform content and engagement strategies.

Content Ideation & Strategy

  • Research and propose innovative, on-brand content ideas to drive engagement and growth.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand tone and objectives.
  • Leverage trending topics, formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for U.S.-based audiences.
  • Strong track record in influencer marketing, from sourcing to relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Creative thinker with an understanding of social media trends, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Hours

The working hours are based on GMT+2 time, but the company is not strict about them. They prioritize task completion over simply clocking in hours. Their approach is flexible, allowing team members to manage their time effectively while ensuring the work gets done.
