- Calendar Management
- Maintain and manage the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Meeting Coordination:Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Communication:Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Ensure timely and appropriate responses.Document Preparation:Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the General Manager.Project Support:Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the General Manager.Confidentiality:Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Office Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the General Manager's office, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Requirements
