Are you a creative and driven professional with a passion for digital marketing? We are seeking a talentedSocial Media Manager/Digital Marketing Specialistto join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services across various social media platforms, running targeted ads, and crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  
• Create visually appealing graphics, compelling ad copies, and captivating content for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
  
• Edit videos and reels to enhance our digital presence and tell our brand’s story effectively.
  
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
  
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
  
• Enhance and manage our WordPress website, creating or updating web pages as necessary.
  
• Implement SEO best practices to improve our website’s visibility and ranking on search engines.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  
• 3-5 yearsof experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
  
• Proven expertise in creating and managing social media campaigns across various platforms.
  
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
  
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  
• In-depth knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices.
  
• Experience with WordPress, including creating and enhancing web pages.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
