JOB DESCRIPTION: GENERAL VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Admin tasks like handling paperwork/soft copies
- Scheduling activities
- Data entry
- File organization
- Calendar management
- Schedule an appointment – as required
- Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings – as required
- Answer emails promptly
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence – as required
- Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems
- Respond to service enquiries and requests
- Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders, suppliers, and traders
Requirements
- Must have relevant experience of 2 years or more in Administrative support.
- Must have Experience with QTO (quantity takeoff)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to detail
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team member
- Experience in Xero is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of the building and construction industry
