What You'll Do:
- Proactive Dispatch Management: Monitor and manage delayed and failed deliveries, taking immediate steps to address issues and communicate with stakeholders.
- Coordination with Partners: Work closely with delivery drivers and third-party delivery partners using company portals and internal dashboards to ensure timely resolutions.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Use HubSpot, Slack, email, and phone to coordinate and follow up on delivery issues, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
- Issue Escalation: Identify systemic issues affecting delivery operations and escalate them to the appropriate teams for long-term solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, evidence collection, and issue resolution to support operational improvements.
- Collaboration: Support other team members and departments by sharing insights and action items to enhance our delivery processes.
- Shift & Schedule
- Thursday - Tuesday, 12pm - 9pm EST on weekdays and 2pm - 11pm EST on weekends
What You Bring:
- Dispatch & Coordination Experience: Prior experience in dispatch or logistics coordination, especially in fast-paced environments such as food delivery, is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with cloud-based tools including delivery company portals, internal dashboards, HubSpot, and Slack.
- Proactive Problem Solver: A demonstrated ability to anticipate issues and take proactive steps to resolve delayed or failed deliveries.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English skills are essential. Additional languages are a plus, though not required.
- Remote Work Readiness: A dedicated home office with a reliable high-speed internet connection and all necessary technology.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously document and analyze delivery issues, ensuring accurate and actionable follow-ups.
