Collection Strategy Lead (Luxembourg)

Satispay is seeking a Collection Strategy Lead to design and deliver the entire collection strategy, optimizing the process to maximize returns while minimizing costs. The role will lead a dedicated team of analysts and operational agents, owning the complete end-to-end process from early delinquency through to managing external debt collection agencies. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in credit and collections, with a proven track record in a leadership role and a degree in economics, finance, or a quantitative field.
