Associate Legal Counsel (Transactional)

As an Associate Legal Counsel (Transactional), you'll play a key role in the negotiation and drafting of key agreements, ensuring our business operations are scalable, effective, and legally sound.

Requirements

• Background – You are a qualified lawyer with a strong background in reputable law firms and at least 5 years of experience in advising clients on commercial law, transactional matters, and complex contract drafting and negotiations.
• Tech & Fintech expertise – Familiarity with the Tech/Fintech ecosystem, including payment schemes and the regulatory complexities of digital financial products. Previous in-house experience is a strong plus.
• Strategic and risk-based approach – Ability to take smart risks and align contractual requirements with business objectives.
• Negotiation Skills – You are a skilled negotiator, able to manage pressure and find win-win solutions in complex commercial discussions.
• Sound judgment – Confident in making decisions in situations of ambiguity.
• Communication skills – Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and simplify legal complexities for business teams.
• Language proficiency – Fluent in English and Italian.
