SPAC Audit Senior-in-Charge

We are seeking a Senior-in-Charge with Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) audit experience to support U.S. and international CPA firms. This role involves leading audit engagements, supervising teams, and delivering high-quality audit work across public company and capital markets audits, including SPAC and de-SPAC transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fully or near-qualified professional designation (ACCA, CA(SA) or equivalent)
• 6+ years of public accounting external audit experience
• Recent audit experience (not out of audit for more than 2 years)
• Recent experience with SPAC audits
• Exposure to international audits
