Job location

In this role, you have the flexibility to work remotely from any location in Germany, with a willingness to travel approximately 10-30 %.

About the role

As a (Senior) BTP / ABAP Developer, you will work together with us to build, improve and enhance our Collections and Disbursements software by solving core module challenges and developing innovative new features. You help to deliver successful implementation projects for the new features to our FSI customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with our FSI customers to understand the business needs and align project scope.
• Translating the business requirements into software that brings the most value to the customer.

• Leveraging your expertise to ensure the software is developed following industry standards and best practices in performance, reliability, and security
• Supporting customers in software adoption and implementation while providing an excellent service
• Programming with Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) on BTP and ABAP and performing software testing while striving to develop the best solution possible for our customers.

Requirements

• A University degree in Computer Science, Natural Science or relevant areas of studies
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Developer
• Extensive knowledge of SAP FS modules, ideally with a specialization in Insurance FS-CD
• Advanced Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) on BTP and/or ABAP programming skills
• Customer orientation and a strong focus on quality
• The adaptability to succeed in agile, cross-functional teams, with good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• An enthusiasm to learn, and willingness to adapt to change and always look for ways to fully leverage your abilities no matter the task at hand
• Business fluent in both English and German
