Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in industry sales, including hospital sales and Key Account Management
- Solid experience in ophthalmology, specifically within surgical and/or medical devices
- Strong technical and clinical skills, with the ability to maneuver in a complex hospital environment
- Commercially astute and driven by results
- Proven sales performance, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong analytical thinker with sound verbal and numerical reasoning skills
- Professional English for internal communication
