Requirements
- Sales experience and ability to acquire new clients
- Registration as an independent consultant/agent/sole trader/freelancer or willingness to pair with a EOR/payroll provider
- Experience from Swiss recruitment agencies (optional)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workflow and time
- Fluency in English and French/German (optional)
