Job Description
As a Store Manager, you will lead a team within Sally Beauty's largest hair and beauty supply network, ensuring a top‑class customer experience and achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage talent, inspire the team, and guarantee that every customer receives an unforgettable experience with a custom‑fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by overseeing store operations, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules, and company policies.
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to reflect brand standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus (not required).
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Passion for hair and beauty.
Legal & Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
- May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.
The position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items such as shipments or record boxes. It may involve exposure to moving parts, carts, machines, or irritant chemicals.
