Requirements

• Physically located in Latin America, Medellin preferably
• Minimum of C1 or better English
• Strong internet connection
• 3-7+ years of experience in recruiting with ideally a startup or recruiting agency background
• Proven experience sourcing and placing candidates across multiple industries
• Strong LinkedIn experience with the ability to perform Boolean searches to source ideal fit candidates and leverage other tools on LinkedIn
• Ability to comprehend job description requirements and target accordingly with speed
• Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in your role
• Adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
