Oversees claim-handling processes performed by a professional staff. Handles complex insurance and contractual coverage issues, and complex and high exposure bodily injury and property damage claims.
Requirements
- Investigates and resolves complex and high exposure claims
- Directs outside defense counsel, independent adjusters, experts, and other vendors in the claim handling processes
- Supervises assigned staff to ensure both technical expertise and a high level of customer service are attained
