Position Overview
As a Client Success Trainee, you'll begin your career journey in the insurance industry with hands-on training and real-world experience. You'll learn how to build lasting relationships, serve existing clients, and help new policyholders feel supported every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Participate in onboarding and training to understand our client success strategies
- Support clients through the insurance application and onboarding process
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding
- Maintain accurate client records and activity reports in the CRM
- Learn how to identify opportunities for policy updates, renewals, or upsells
- Provide responsive, caring service to every client interaction
- Work alongside experienced agents and team leaders for mentorship
